Craig McDean is an English photographer born in 1964. He started out as a car mechanic before studying photography and starting his career as an assistant to Nick Knight. He has photographed for noted magazines, famous designers as well as popstars and actors.

He has a very clean look which I feel is inspired by the likes of Bruce Weber and Patrick DeMarchelier. Craig McDean knows how to take a good picture.
