In the beginning of the 1990s Dolce & Gabbana used Sherilynn Fenn who had risen to fame through her part in the tv-series Twin Peaks as a model in their advertising.



The result was nothing short of smoking hot .......

Torpa Castle, Ancestors and Dogs

I showed Torpa Castle to a new aquintance yesterday and took a picture by the portrait of my ancestor, Gustav Vasa.

He lived in the 16th century and was the first king of a unified Sweden. He was a noble man who fought our Danish rule and took the power. Since he wasn't of royal blood he had a hell of a time finding a suitable wife. Finally a German princess, Katarina af Sachsen-Lauenburg took the bait. Their first and only son, Erik, is then next in line and then and so forth ....

When at home again I was met by love of the purest form by my furball.



But I certainly need some beauty sleep .....

Catherine Tramell

It could perhaps be surprising but one of my favourite characters in the cinematic world is Sharon Stone's role in Basic Instinct, Catherine Tramell. Dangerous, seductive, evil and a master of manipulation. Delicious in virginal white which in itself is a contrast and she plays on people just as well as the most accomplished fiddler.

Be careful when you play with matches because you never know when you might start an inferno.

You can never escape the fact that darkness is utterly seductive .....

Outfits last Week

I have so many clothes and a closet that is bursting at the seams. I can't say that I am pulling my weight when it comes to curbing the over consumption that is rampant in the western world.

Since I have so much clothes I rarely wear the same stuff from one day to another.
Above Monday; Mickey Mouse sweater, grey blue chinos, denim jacket and trainers.

Tuesday: Blue jacket, pink t-shirt, jeans and red shoes.

Wednesday: Navy blue trenchcoat, orange jeans, brown t-shirt, grey cardigan and red shoes.

Thursday; Navy blue trenchcoat, green chinos, blue shirt and red and blue check shoes.

Friday; Black jacket, dark blue shirt with dotted print, jeans and black shoes.

That was last week and now I'm well away on this week and with new clothes.
